The Problem
H.B. Fuller's customer-facing pricing platform was the one touchpoint that didn't match the company it represented. Procurement teams at a multi-billion dollar adhesives manufacturer were navigating industrial chemical pricing logic through a legacy interface carrying years of technical debt — every quote request was a reminder that the digital experience hadn't kept pace with the brand.

My Role
I'm leading the full digital brand evolution of the Flip Neo pricing suite as sole design owner, reporting directly into H.B. Fuller's digital transformation team. The core problem wasn't visual — it was informational: pricing tiers, contract terms, and approval chains that made sense to internal sales reps were opaque to the procurement stakeholders actually using the tool. I restructured the deal manager around a single decision hierarchy and integrated SSO so the platform read as enterprise infrastructure, not a bolted-on web app.

Where It Stands
This is an ongoing engagement, and every module I ship inherits the same token set, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy — so new features extend the system rather than fragment it. The goal isn't just a redesigned pricing tool; it's a reusable digital standard H.B. Fuller can apply across its other customer-facing platforms.
